FAQ
Is 15 minutes enough to help?Yes—enough to identify the biggest blocker and give you one high-impact strategy. If you want deeper support, we’ll talk options.
Do I need to prepare anything?Just the top 1–2 challenges you’re seeing (e.g., nerves, focus, bouncing back).
Is my teen required to join? Not required. Parents can book alone, together, or we can split time.
What ages do you coach?Primarily 10–18. College athletes and adults are welcome, too.
What sports? All. The mindset tools are sport-agnostic (basketball, softball, soccer, cheer, etc.).
What if coaching isn’t a fit?I’ll be honest and offer resources or referrals. Your time matters.
