Presented by Kari Ehmer,
Former Division I Athlete, Army Veteran, & Mindset Coach
Hi! I’m Kari Ehmer — a mindset coach, professional speaker, and former Division I athlete who’s passionate about helping young athletes unlock their full potential. As a West Point graduate, U.S. Army officer, national champion, and sports performance coach, I know firsthand what it takes to succeed under pressure. Now, I love teaching kids the mindset tools that help them grow into confident athletes and strong leaders.
At this 2 part mini-series, I’ll be sharing the tools and strategies I’ve used in sports, the military, and life to help students break through mental blocks, handle challenges with confidence, and perform at their best, on and off the field. If your athlete is ready to level up their mindset, this is the place to start.
This 2 part Mini-Series will cover
Build Inner Belief and Identity
Athletes will learn how to define who they are beyond wins and losses, so their confidence isn’t shaken by one bad practice or game. When they understand their strengths, values, and personal mission, they show up with purpose — on the field, in school, and at home.
Use Failure as Fuel for Growth
Instead of fearing mistakes, athletes will learn to break them down, learn from them, and bounce back stronger. Failure becomes feedback, helping them develop resilience, grit, and the courage to try again.
Stay Confident Under Pressure
Through breathing strategies, reset routines, and positive self-talk, athletes will practice staying composed when the moment is big. They’ll learn how to quiet nerves, refocus quickly, and perform with clarity and control.
Visualize Success and Take Action Daily
Athletes will learn how to mentally rehearse positive outcomes, sharpen focus, and build confidence before they ever step into a game. Then, they’ll turn those visualizations into small daily habits that create real momentum and long-term success.
