Presented by Kari Ehmer,

Former Division I Athlete, Army Veteran, & Mindset Coach

Hi! I’m Kari Ehmer — a mindset coach, professional speaker, and former Division I athlete who’s passionate about helping young athletes unlock their full potential. As a West Point graduate, U.S. Army officer, national champion, and sports performance coach, I know firsthand what it takes to succeed under pressure. Now, I love teaching kids the mindset tools that help them grow into confident athletes and strong leaders.

At this 1-day bootcamp, I’ll be sharing the tools and strategies I’ve used in sports, the military, and life to help students break through mental blocks, handle challenges with confidence, and perform at their best, on and off the field. If your athlete is ready to level up their mindset, this is the place to start.

This 1-Day Bootcamp will cover

Boost Unshakeable Confidence

Confidence isn’t something you’re born with — it’s something you build. In sports, academics, and life, the most successful people are those who believe in themselves, even when the pressure is high. By learning strategies to quiet self-doubt and trust their preparation, athletes can step into every challenge with courage and composure. Confidence gives them the freedom to perform at their best.

Harness the Power of Positive Self-Talk

The way we talk to ourselves shapes the way we perform. Negative self-talk can hold athletes back, but positive self-talk fuels confidence, resilience, and motivation. By learning to replace “I can’t” with “I’ve got this,” athletes create a mindset that empowers them to push through challenges, recover quickly, and perform with greater consistency.

Step Up as a Leader and Teammate

In every sport and in life, true success isn’t just about personal talent — it’s about how you show up for others. Great leaders aren’t born; they’re built through actions like communication, encouragement, and accountability. Whether it’s motivating a teammate after a tough play, setting the tone with effort and attitude, or leading by example in the classroom, leadership and teamwork make the difference. Athletes who learn to lead and support others gain respect, elevate their teams, and carry those skills far beyond the field.

Set Goals That
Stick

Dreams only become reality when paired with clear, actionable goals. For young athletes, learning how to set and stick to goals builds discipline, focus, and accountability. Whether it’s improving a skill, reaching a new academic milestone, or becoming a stronger teammate, goal setting helps athletes take ownership of their growth and celebrate progress along the way.
